Rinpa offers self-massage, breathing and movement routines for educational and wellbeing purposes, for adults. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace advice from a health professional. The owner’s details are in our privacy policy.

Responsible use

Answer the screening honestly and repeat it if your health changes. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, more swelling or your skin stays red or marked, and check with your doctor.

What is free

The 7 sessions of the learning week are free and need no card, with 21 days to do them. After that, without paying, you can carry on with one guided 3-minute routine a day, the screening and everything to do with your safety, and every guide on the site. Nothing is charged automatically when the learning week ends.

Paid plans

You can choose a yearly (€19.99), monthly (€4.99) or lifetime (€39.99) plan. The current price is always shown before you pay, and you are only charged when you tap “Pay.”

• Yearly and monthly: they renew at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. On the yearly plan, we email you 30 and 15 days before each renewal.
• Lifetime: a one-time payment that never renews.

Who charges you

Payments are handled by a payment provider that acts as the seller: it charges you, issues the invoice and applies its own terms of sale. Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds are governed by those terms and by applicable law. If you have any problem with a charge, write to us and we will help.
