One guided 3-minute routine a day, the screening and everything to do with your safety, and every guide on the site.
Guided lymphatic self-massage
Gentle self-massage, breathing and movement, 3 to 15 minutes, step by step. Built on the NHS clinical leaflets, with no detox and no miracle claims. It runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download.
7 free sessions · No card How it works
Step 2 of 7 · Neck
Open the collarbone
Fingers flat in the hollow above your collarbone. Stretch the skin down and in, then release.
How it works
01
A fresher face when you wake up, lighter legs after a day on your feet, a calm belly or some time to wind down. And how long you have: 3 to 15 minutes.
02
Before the first one, three safety questions. After that, every routine opens the neck and collarbone, moves through your areas and ends with breathing. Feeling different today? Rebuild it with one tap.
03
The route drawn over the skin and the nodes it flows to. The first week goes slowly: at most two new moves per session, each one explained.
The guided version
Every step comes with the move on video, the direction drawn over the skin and the rhythm set for you: stretch, release. You always know which step you are on, how many reps are left and which way the skin goes.
Technique
Lymphatic drainage is not a deep massage. Your fingers stay on one spot, stretch the skin as far as it naturally goes and let it go. If you can feel the muscle, you are pressing too hard.

Honest by design
01
Done gently, lymphatic self-massage is pleasant and rarely causes problems. We talk about how it feels, comfort and habit; never about weight loss, toxins or curing anything.
02
The moves follow the NHS and British Lymphology Society self-drainage leaflets. Every guide links to its sources.
03
A short screening before you start. If something does not fit (a blood clot, an infection, active cancer…), we tell you and adapt the routine or stop it. Your answers never leave your device.

Questions
A very gentle massage technique that stretches the skin in the direction lymph flows, toward the lymph nodes. The version you do on yourself, self-drainage, is the one NHS lymphedema services teach.
No. Rinpa works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. If you like, you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
You decide: choose a plan, or carry on for free with one guided 3-minute routine a day. We do not ask for a card to start, and nothing is charged automatically: you only pay if you tap “Pay.”
Not to start. If you want to save your progress and carry on on another device, you can create one with your email: we send you a 6-digit code, no password.
Your safety screening answers stay on your device and never reach our server, even if you create an account. That is why we ask again if you switch devices.
The guided version is designed to be followed with a voice that keeps the rhythm. While we finish it, each step is written on screen, with the move on video and the rhythm set for you.
No. The first week goes slowly: each session introduces at most two new moves, each one explained, and the first one starts by finding the right pressure.
If you have new or one-sided swelling, a fever, a blood clot, heart or kidney failure, an infection or cancer under treatment, check with your doctor first. We ask before you start.
The guides and their videos are AI-generated from the technique in the clinical leaflets. We would rather say so.
No. It is daily self-care. If you have lymphedema or lipedema, or have had surgery, follow your healthcare team.
